17.3. Viewing and Copying Table/View DefinitionDeveloper Studio also provides the user with the option of viewing or copying the table or view definition. To make use of this functionality, select your desired object from the left hand panel, and its definition will be displayed in the bottom right SQL Pane as shown in the following screenshot:
For copying a Table/View, right click on your desired object from the left hand panel and a menu will be displayed containing two options:
Let us discuss each of these options independently: 17.3.1. Select AllThe "Select All" option enables the user to select the table/view definition for the selected object in SQL interactive so that the object definition can later be copied to the clipboard. This is shown in the following screenshot:
17.3.2. CopyThe "Copy" option copies the definition of a table or a view to the clipboard so that it can be pasted into any editor as shown in the following figures:
