The activemq
subshell provides commands to view and manage brokers and
messages. For information
about managing brokers and messages, see the FUSE Message Broker documentation.
Type activemq
at the smx@root>
prompt to open the
subshell. Type help
at the prompt to view the available commands (see Accessing the root commands).
Table 3.1 lists the commands available in the subshell. The commands are described in the sections that follow.

bstat | Displays useful broker statistics |
create-broker | Creates a broker instance |
destroy-broker | Removes a broker instance |
list | Lists all available brokers in the specified JMX context |

purge | Deletes the selected destination's messages that match the message selector |
query | Displays the selected broker component's attributes and statistics |
