The osgi shell provides commands for managing the OSGi runtime, and includes commands for listing OSGi bundles and services, and managing bundle lifecycles. For information about managing OSGi bundles, see Deploying an OSGi Bundle in Deploying into the OSGi Container.

Type osgi: then press Tab at the karaf@root> prompt to view the available commands.

	Note
	The osgi commands are unique in that you can run them without including the osgi: prefix. For example, typing list returns the same as osgi:list.
