Etiqueta

Las etiquetas son el método principal para poner texto no editable en ventanas, por ejemplo, para poner un título junto a un widget Entry. Puede especificar el texto en el constructor, o más tarde con los métodos set_text() o set_markup().

El ancho de la etiqueta se ajusta automáticamente. Puede producir etiquetas con varias líneas poniendo saltos de línea («\n») en la cadena de la etiqueta.

El texto de la etiqueta se puede justificar usando el método set_justify(). El widget también es capaz de ajustar el texto, lo que se puede activar con set_line_wrap().

Gtk::Label soporta formateado simple, por ejemplo, permitiéndole hacer que el texto se vea en negrita, coloreado, o más grande. Puede hacer esto proporcionándole una cadena a set_markup(), usando la sintaxis de marcado de Pango. Por ejemplo, <b>texto en negrita</b> y <s>texto tachado</s> .
