Setup & Maintenance
The Setup & Maintenance menu enlists the following sub-menus:
| Salespersons | Salesperson is an employee, agent, consultant, or an independent contractor brining business to your organization. |
| Sales Teams | A sales team is a group of salespersons having a common name. |
| Bonus Slabs for Salespersons | Salespersons can be entitled to a bonus, depending upon the amount (slab) of business brought in by them. |
| Bonus Slab Details | Enter a slab-wise incremental or flat bonus rate (in percentage) which increases as the amount increases. |
| Bonus Slab Assignment | Assign bonus slabs to salespersons. |
| Late Fees | Create your custom defined late fees, which can be linked to other documents, such as payment term. |
| Payment Terms | Define the terms on which you will provide credit to your parties. |
| Recurring Invoices | Create invoices which automatically recur based on your item, product, or services. |
| Recurring Invoices Setup | Assign a recurring invoice to a party account. |
