omniORB 4.0.2 bugs

Summary:	Race condition in connection cleanup (bug number 2)

Description:	A race conditon meant that sometimes connections were not properly closed, leading to problems shutting down, and a resource leak.

Summary:	Registry reading broken on Windows (bug number 1)

Description:	A fix to reading of the configuration file accidentally disabled reading from the registry.
