The Summarized Taxable Sales display enables you to determine the amount of sales Tax you have billed over a given period of time. To view a summary of taxable sales, select the "Summarized Taxable Sales" option from the "Displays" menu. The following screen will appear:
When displaying summarized taxable sales, you are presented with the following options:
- All Tax Codes
Select to display summarized taxable Sales for all Tax Codes.
- Selected
Specify Tax Code whose summarized taxable Sales you want to display.
- Start Ship Date
Taxable sales transactions occurring on or after this date will display.
- End Ship Date
Taxable sales transactions occurring on or before this date will display.
- Summarized Sales
Display lists summarized sales using the specified parameters. Prices are normalized to the Base Currency using the Currency Exchange Rate effective on the Invoice Date.
To the far right of the screen, the following buttons are available:
- CLOSE
Closes the screen, returning you to the application desktop.
- QUERY
Select to generate the display, using the specified parameters.
Runs the report associated with this screen.
