Question:
My recognizer has made my phone unusable because it locks up and won't boot. What can I do to remove the recognizer ?

Answer:
The best way of avoiding this situation during development is to ensure the recognizer is installed on to the removable media drive. This way if it causes a lock up the memory card can be removed and in turn the recognizer removed from the memory card.
On Series 60 phones if you press and hold the pencil button during boot up all recognizers are disabled allowing the offending recognizer to be removed before booting the device again.
On all other platforms and reference boards such as the Lubbock the only way to solve this problem is by formatting the C: drive.
