Configuring Red Hat Cluster software with system-config-cluster consists of the following steps:

Creating fence devices. Refer to Section 4.4, “Configuring Fence Devices”.
Creating cluster members. Refer to Section 4.5, “Adding and Deleting Members”.
Creating failover domains. Refer to Section 4.6, “Configuring a Failover Domain”.
Creating resources. Refer to Section 4.7, “Adding Cluster Resources”.
Creating cluster services.
Refer to Section 4.8, “Adding a Cluster Service to the Cluster”.
Propagating the configuration file to the other nodes in the cluster.
