A "deep" copy, in contrast, would also recursively clone nested objects. A subclass that needs to implement this kind of cloning should call super.clone() to create the new instance and then create deep copies of the nested, mutable objects.

Elements that are response interceptors will be added to the response interceptor list. Elements that are both request and response interceptor will be added to both lists. Elements that are neither request nor response interceptor will be ignored.
