A HTTP URL has the standard syntax,
http:Host[:Port]/[Path][#AnchorName][?Query].
You can also specify a secure HTTP URL using the https scheme. The
provided HTTP URL is parsed by Java's built-in HTTP URL handler, so the HTTP URL
behaves in the normal way for a Java application.
