Function: View Customer Details Help

Overview

  • Accessed from any Customer link, typically from the Customer List page.
  • This view provides detailed information on a particular Customer.

Customer Information

  • Cust#
  • Customer Name
  • User Login
  • Email Address
  • Customer Status
  • Customer Role
  • Export Status
  • Opt-In (HTML)
  • Home Phone (if provided)
  • Cell Phone (if provided)
  • Work Phone (if provided)

Personal Information

  • Title
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth

Details in Personal Information section are those set up in a specific BigFish store.

Addresses

  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address

Customer Notes

  • Customer Notes will contain the following:
    • Note #
    • By
    • Date
    • Time
    • Note

Actions

  • Back
  • Export to PDF
  • Export to XML
  • Orders
  • Add Note

PDF: Customer Details will be exported to a single PDF displaying page.

XML: Same as PDF, but in the standard BigFish XML Customer Details Format. Typically used to be imported into the client back-end ERP system.

Order: Redirects to View Order List Page and displays all orders by the customer.

Add Note: Redirects to Customer Note Detail Page.
