Admin Dashboard

The BigFish Dashboard is the first page you will see when logging into the Admin Module.
The objective is to provide a quick, useful and effective display of your business.
- It is not meant to be exhaustive from an analytical point of view.
- For more detailed analytics, it is recommended that your implementation use Google Analytics (which is available out-of-the-box with BigFish) or another best-of-breed analytics solution.
You can get a quick view of some of the most important information regarding your web store.
The main Dashboard components will retrieve information for the Period Selected.
The “operations” section shows a total summary and is not impacted by the Period Selector.

The Period Selector controls which range of dates to use when analyzing your web sales.
By default it is set to the current date, based on the system date of your server.
The From and To dates can be modified manually by entering the date directly in the entry box or by using the Calendar widget.
The Helper Buttons provide an easy way to modify the dates:
- Today:
  - Set both the From and To date to the current system date.
- Yesterday:
  - Set both the From and To date to the system date less one day.
- WTD:
  - Set the From date to the previous Sunday.
  - Set the To date to the current system date.
- MTD:
  - Set the From date to the first day of the current month.
  - Set the To date to the current system date.
- YTD:
  - Set the From date to 1st Jan of the current year.
  - Set the To date to the current system date.
- All:
  - Set the From date to the start date of your BigFish store.
  - Set the To date to the current system date.
