Overview

  • Reviews Review Summary
  • This page provides a view of all Reviews summarized by Status

Enter Search Criteria

  • Period Selector
    • By default it is set for the last 7 days, based on the system date of your server.
    • Today:
      • Set both the From and To date to the current system date.
    • Last 7 Days:
      • Set the From date to the previous 7 days.
      • Set the To date to the current system date.
    • Last 30 days
      • Set the From date to the first day of the current month.
      • Set the To date to the current system date.
    • All:
      • Set the From date to the start date of your BigFish store.
      • Set the To date to the current system date.

Rating & Review Summary

  • Status
  • Reviews Count
  • The available link on "review count" redirects to the review search result page, by setting the status as you select.
  • If the review count is Zero, no link on the count is shown.
