Function: View Order Detail Help

Overview

  • Accessed from any Order link, typically from the Order List page.
  • This view provides detailed information on a particular order.

Order Information

  • Order Number
  • Order Date
  • Order Status
  • Export Status

Order Status Change: Redirects to the Order Status Change Page. Status Options:

  • Approved: Default; when order is placed
  • Completed: If items or order is shipped
  • Canceled: If items or order is canceled

Customer Information

  • Customer ID
  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Email Address
  • Home Phone (if entered)
  • Cell Phone (if entered)
  • Work Phone (if entered)

Payment Information

  • Shipping Method
  • Payment Method
  • Number
  • Exp Date
  • Amount
  • Status
  • Authorized
  • Authorized Ref
  • Capture
  • Capture Ref

The Shipping Methods and Payment Methods displayed are those set up in a specific BigFish store.

Order Items

  • Line items that emulate the shopping cart will contain the following:
    • Product #
    • Item #
    • Product Name
    • Item Status
    • Qty
    • Unity Price
    • Offer Price
    • Adj $
    • Item Total
  • The Sub Total and Shipping box contain the following:
    • Items Sub Total
    • Promo Code (if used)
    • Shipping and Handling
    • Sales Tax
    • Order Total

Order Notes

  • Order Notes will contain the following:
    • Note #
    • By
    • Date
    • Time
    • Note

Order Attributes

  • Order Attributes will contain the following:
    • Attribute
    • Value

Actions

  • Back
  • Export to PDF
  • Export to XML
  • Add Note

PDF: All orders will export to a single PDF displaying one order per page.

XML: Same as PDF, but in the standard BigFish XML Order Format. Typically used to be imported into the client back-end ERP system.
