Function: Order Status Details Help

Overview

  • Accessed from any approved order details page by clicking on the Order Status Change button
  • The Order Status Change page allows the modification of the entire order or the selected items

Order Information

  • Order#
  • Order Date
  • Order Status
  • Export Status

Order Status Change

  • Change ORDER Status, apply to all ITEMS
    • This option allows the status change to the entire order/all items
  • Apply to selected ITEMS
    • This option allows the status change to the selected items
  • New Status

The Order Status can be changed to:

Approved: Default; when order is placed

Completed: If items or order is shipped

Canceled: If items or order is canceled

  • Carrier (optional)

Carrier methods as set in the specific Bigfish Store.

  • Tracking# (optional)
  • Ship Date
  • Note

Order Items

  • List of the line items added in the particular order:
    • Product #
    • Item #
    • Product Name
    • Item Status
    • Carrier
    • Ship Date
    • Tracking#
