Overview

  • Customers View Customers
  • This page allows for the search and review of customers based on various criteria including customer name and customer role.

Enter Search Criteria

  • Enter the search criteria into one or more search fields and click the search button.
Conventions Description
Cust# Exact match
Customer Name Intuitive Matching
User Login Exact match
Email Ignore case
Customer Status Exact match
Customer Role Exact match
Export Status Exact match

Matching Customers

  • Customer Attributes: A list of matching customers is displayed containing the following :
    • Cust#
    • Last Name
    • First Name
    • User Login
    • Address
    • Customer Role
    • Customer Status
    • Export Status
  • Actions
    • Back
    • Export to PDF
    • Export to XML

PDF: All customers will export to a single PDF displaying one customer per page.

XML: Same as PDF, but in the standard BigFish XML Customers Format. Typically used to be imported into the client back-end ERP system.
