Delete a Form

Steps

  1. Go to Persona Bar > Content > Forms.
    Persona Bar > Content > Forms

  2. Click/Tap the ellipses for the form you want, and choose Delete.

    Click/Tap the ellipses for the form > Delete

  3. Confirm.
